Development Milestones

A Typical Day in the Canaries (Nursery)
Gentle Welcomes
Individual greetings and settling with your baby’s primary educator. Peaceful play and morning bottles or feeds as needed.
Exploration & Discovery
Sensory play experiences, tummy time, music and movement, and outdoor time in our baby-safe garden area. Morning tea for older babies.
Rest & Nourishment
Morning sleep routines honouring individual needs, quiet play for wakeful babies, and midday feeds or lunch.
Gentle Activities
Stories and songs, sensory experiences, creative exploration with safe materials, and afternoon sleep cycles.
Wind Down & Reconnection
Calm play experiences, afternoon tea, peaceful activities, and quality handover time with families.
